Our principal, Karen Stout, has over 38 years of experience in the retail industry, with the last 20 years serving in Senior Management roles. She has worked in four distinct retail channels: Specialty & Conventional Grocery, Drug Store, and Warehouse Club.
During her long career, Ms. Stout has not only hired for most management positions, but has actually worked in these roles herself. She has personally recruited for all levels in the organization, and knows the specifications and skill sets required for each position.
